After a cracking Test match at Edgbaston, India and England cross swords in the T20I series to stamp their supremacy in the shortest format of the game. Both teams are among the top T20 teams in the world and are laced with some of the biggest names in this format of the game.
England have the likes of Jos Buttler, Liam Livingstone, Dawid Malan, and Moeen Ali among others while India have Rohit Sharma, Ishan Kishan, Sanju Samson and Dinesh Karthik. The Indian bowling, however, looks more settled with Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Yuzvendra Chahal, Harshal Patel, Avesh Khan at their disposal. England have Sam Curran, Chris Jordan, and Reece Topley as their front-line bowlers.
The surfaces in England nowadays are batting friendly. They are flat, the bounce is true and the boundaries are also not the biggest. Given the batting firepower in both teams, a high-scoring game is on the cards.
It will be a cold day in Southampton with temperatures hovering around 13 degrees. There will be some cloud cover but no rain.

Karthik has been in the form of his life of late. After a staggering season of IPL, he had a good series against SA as well. He is a very good wicketkeeping option to have in the team.
Jos Buttler has been batting on a different planet at the moment. He is smashing centuries for fun. Buttler on his day will decimate any bowling line-up thus he is must in every fantasy team.
Moeen Ali brings a lot to the table. He is a very good all-rounder who bats in the top order and bowls his full quota of overs in T20Is. He will find a place in any good fantasy team.
Hardik Pandya has also been in very good form with the bat. He has also bowled occasionally and did well. Given the match-winner he is, he should be in the team as well.
Yuzvendra Chahal will get some help from the Southampton wicket. Also, he is in a good rhythm and England batters have had some issues with the spin thus he could be the game-changer for India in the match.
