Not a lot has gone right for the Delhi Capitals but they have pulled things back slightly with three wins in the last four games. The playoff chances are still grim but the wins in recent matches have given them a glimmer of hope. However, the batting still remains a concern as barring Axar Patel, not a lot of contributions are coming from the batters.
For RCB, Virat Kohli, Faf du Plessis and Mohammed Siraj have driven the team but they now need other players to step up as well. The points table is getting tight and each and every game stands of utmost importance now. RCB have five wins to their name and a win against DC will significantly boost their position in the points table.
The Delhi wicket is not the best to bat due to a lack of pace. There is sufficient turn and grip for the spinners so a low-scoring game can be expected.
The weather will be clear, with temperatures hovering around 36 and 24 degrees.
David Warner (c), Philip Salt (wk), Mitchell Marsh, Manish Pandey, Priyam Garg, Axar Patel, Ripal Patel, Kuldeep Yadav, Anrich Nortje/Mustafizur Rahman, Ishant Sharma, Mukesh Kumar

Mustafizur Rahman is likely to replace Anrich Nortje in the Delhi team. RCB are likely to stick with the same combination.
RCB have enjoyed great success against Delhi Capitals in the history of IPL, winning 19 of the 30 games.

Faf has been the best batter for RCB this season, playing multiple match-winning innings. The RCB skipper has scored 466 runs in nine matches and looks eager to fetch a lot more and lead RCB to their maiden title.
Faf has got support from Virat Kohli who too has looked in phenomenal form with over 350 runs. As we move to the business end of the tournament, Kohli becomes even more important as he is someone you can back for consistency.
David Warner has scored a few runs for DC but his strike rate has been in question. Warner is trying to play the anchor role but that does not suit his batting style. Warner needs to rethink the strategy and back his natural game as that will help him get the best of himself.
Axar Patel has been the bright spot for DC in a rather gloomy season. Axar has been brilliant with the ball and arguably has been the best batter of the team.
Siraj has played a massive role in RCB’s success this season. He has got wickets with the new ball, in the middle overs and at death as well which has helped RCB defend in a few games which has always been difficult for them.
