Six of the last seven 20-overs matches played at Headingley have been won by the side batting first. Moreover, since the bowlers are expected to get more help from the surface later in the evening, the toss-winning skipper will probably elect to bat first.

Yorkshire Team News & Playing 11
YORKS Team News
Yorkshire do not seem to have any injury issues at the moment and so they will have the entire squad at their disposal for this upcoming game against Lancashire. We, however, feel that they will come up with the same line-up that defeated Northamptonshire in the last match.
YORKS Key Players
Kane Williamson cracked an unbeaten 52 in the last game against Northamptonshire to star in his side's six-wicket win. The New Zealand batsman is coming off back-to-back half-centuries and he definitely is the key man in this batting line-up. Yorkshire will also have high hopes pinned on opening batsman Adam Lyth who is currently their leading run-getter this season. Tom Kohler-Cadmore and Gary Ballance are the others from whom healthy contributions can be expected. With ten wickets in as many matches, Steven Patterson has been Yorkshire's most successful bowler. The skipper bowled well last time against Northamptonshire and it will be crucial that he does well again. David Willey and Azeem Rafiq are the other big threats in this bowling attack. The former has done a good job for England in T20Is and the onus will be on him to strike early with the ball.
YORKS Recent Form
Yorkshire Vikings have won six and lost four out of the ten matches they have played so far in this year's Vitality Blast and are currently third in the North Group standings with 12 points. After losing to Derbyshire twice in three days, they have returned to their winnings ways beating Leicestershire and Northamptonshire in their next two games respectively. Yorkshire were outstanding with the ball in their previous match where they restricted Northamptonshire to 129/7 before knocking off the target in the 19th over to win by six wickets.
Yorkshire Predicted Playing 11
Adam Lyth, Tom Kohler-Cadmore, David Willey, Kane Williamson, Gary Ballance, Harry Brook, Jonathan Tattersall (wk), Jordan Thompson, Azeem Rafiq, Steven Patterson (c), Jack Brooks
Lancashire Team News & Playing 11
LANCS Team News
Lancashire have been badly affected by international call-ups and injuries as they continue to miss the services of Jos Buttler, Keaton Jennings and Liam Livingstone. The team has roped in Afghanistan spinner Zahir Khan for the remainder of the season but he is unlikely to feature in this starting eleven. Pace bowler Jordan Clark has fully recovered from his hamstring injury and he could replace Danny Lamb in this match.
LANCS Key Players
Alex Davies recently blitzed a 56-ball 94 against Leicestershire. The opening batsman is among the leading run-getters of the season and is averaging in excess of 100. Apart from him, Lancashire will also look to the likes of Dane Vilas and Karl Brown to score the big runs. Steven Croft is another very capable batsman in the lower-middle order who can strike a quick 20 or 30. Toby Lester has taken the most wickets for Lancashire this Vitality Blast and the left-arm paceman will be the danger man with the ball. Leg-spinner Matthew Parkinson has also done a pretty decent job so far and he along with James Faulkner who has loads of experience under his belt are two other bowlers in the side who can trouble the Yorkshire batsmen.
LANCS Recent Form
Lancashire have done alright up till now and they find themselves among the top four of a highly competitive North Group. Their batting seems to have no major concerns at the moment but they will need to work on their bowling a bit more as the tournament approaches its business end. Lancashire's bowlers have been conceding 170+ scores to the opposition in the past few matches.
Lancashire Predicted Playing 11
Alex Davies, Karl Brown, Arron Lilley, Josh Bohannon, Dane Vilas (c/wk), Steven Croft, James Faulkner, Danny Lamb/Jordan Clark, Mark Watt, Toby Lester, Matthew Parkinson
