Toss Prediction
'Win the toss and bowl first' has been the trend at this ground and the success rate of the teams bowling first in this tournament is much higher. So taking that into account as well as the fact that the wicket here has generally favored the bowlers more early on, the team that wins the toss is likely to field first.

Winnipeg Hawks Team News & Playing 11
WPH Team News
Winnipeg Hawks made a couple of changes to their side in the last game against Edmonton Royals and it paid off. Kyle Phillip and Junaid Siddiqui who were both expensive in the team's first encounter against the Royals were replaced by Rayad Emrit and Hiral Patel respectively. Emrit and Patel did a much better job with the ball and the Hawks will probably stick with them going into this must-win clash. We expect wicket-keeper Ben McDermott to continue batting at the number three position.
WPH Key Players
Lendl Simmons, Mark Deyal and David Miller had all cracked half-centuries in the first encounter against Edmonton Royals last week and the team will look to these three to score the big runs once again. Simmons who has looked in top form and is leading the tournament's runs charts will be the key man for Winnipeg Hawks. David Warner finally returned to form with a knock of 42 in the last game and he can be very dangerous once he gets into the groove. Fidel Edwards with nine wickets in four matches has clearly been Winnipeg's best bowler in this GT20 Canada. The speedster has taken six wickets against the Royals, four of which came last time and he is the top contender to finish with the best figures for his side. Ali Khan and Rayad Emrit are the other two bowlers to watch out for.
WPH Recent Form
Winnipeg Hawks have finished third on the points table with three wins and as many losses from six league matches. They beat Edmonton Royals in the last game convincingly by eight wickets after facing a five-wicket defeat at the hands of the same opposition in the game before that. The Hawks have now won two and lost two of their last four matches.
Winnipeg Hawks Predicted Playing 11
Lendl Simmons, David Warner (c), Ben McDermott (wk), Mark Deyal, Darren Bravo, David Miller, Tion Webster, Ali Khan, Fidel Edwards, Rayad Emrit, Hiral Patel
Edmonton Royals Team News & Playing 11
EDR Team News
Edmonton Royals rested opening batsman Andre Fletcher in the last game and brought in Abraash Khan who scored a 25-ball 30. Although Abraash batted well, the team is likely to bring back Fletcher for this crunch game and he looks sets to partner Luke Ronchi at the top. The Royals had also replaced young Pakistani spinner Hasan Khan with UAE spinner Ahmed Raza and they are probably going to retain the latter for this eliminator.
EDR Key Players
Their top three batsmen in Luke Ronchi, Andre Fletcher and Agha Salman hold the key to the team's batting. Salman has hit the most runs for Edmonton Royals and has scored 106 runs in the two games against Winnipeg Hawks. Fletcher is having an average of around 43 while Ronchi has also looked good with a strike rate of 173. Farhaan Behardien smashed a fifty in one of the reverse fixtures and he too will be expected to make a notable contribution here. Wayne Parnell, Mohammad Irfan and Sohail Tanvir will be the best bets for the Royals with the ball. Parnell has taken the most wickets for the side - six from five matches - while Irfan has picked up three wickets in the two games against the Hawks. Tanvir has not taken too many wickets in the tournament but he has not conceded too many runs either.
EDR Recent Form
Edmonton Royals, with two wins and three defeats from their six league encounters, have finished fourth in the points table with five points. They have been pretty inconsistent with the bat in this tournament; they were bowled out for just 113 against the Montreal Tigers, then chased Winnipeg's 203 in the next game before being dismissed again for a moderate score of 141 in their previous game against the same opposition.
Edmonton Royals Predicted Playing 11
Luke Ronchi (wk), Andre Fletcher, Agha Salman, Farhaan Behardien, Kevin O'Brien, Shaiman Anwar, Shahid Afridi, Sohail Tanvir (c), Wayne Parnell, Ahmed Raza, Mohammad Irfan
