Fielding first is what every team tends tend to do in the T10 League. Team Abu Dhabi did not get that chance first up and so they will be keen to win the toss this time.
NW vs AD Weather Report
With temperatures just shy of 30 degrees, conditions will be hot and dry, as ever, on Sunday.
NW vs AD Pitch Condition
While results so far show that the batsmen do not have it all their own way, the flat Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium wicket, combined with the rapid outfield, make for some fast scoring in all formats and especially T10.

Northern Warriors Team News & Playing 11
NW Team News
Northern Warriors’ batting fell well short last time out but the talent is there and key replacement players are away on international duty so there may be few changes – if any – for the time being.
NW Key Players
Andre Russell: Outstanding in the opening game, taking 2-12 and hitting 58 from 24 balls, the West Indian took 1-18 last time out but fell short with the bat and will be keen to bounce back.
George Munsey: Another to fall cheap at the top of the order, the Scot had originally fired in the first game to prove what he can bring at the top of the order.
Chris Wood: Less known than the majority of English players in the tournament but his bowling in the first game showed why he was picked up as he took a wicket with his first ball of the tournament.
NW Team Form
After limiting Maratha Arabians to 88/6 and chasing it down to win by nine wickets, with Andre Russell starring in both innings, the Northern Warriors could not have asked for a better start to their title defence. It came crashing down last time out, however – the Warriors folding for just 46 in reply to Qalandars’ 112/4.
Northern Warriors Predicted Playing 11
George Munsey, Sam Billings (wk), Andre Russell, Sikandar Raza, Asela Gunaratne, Darren Sammy (c), Rayad Emrit, Chris Green, Nuwan Pradeep, Chris Wood, Ansh Tandon
Team Abu Dhabi Team News & Playing 11
AD Team News
Captain Moeen Ali, who joined up with the squad directly from the Mzansi Super League, has did not bowl himself in the first match, while Lewis Gregory also did not turn his arm. It means there are plenty of options to change things up, without changing the make-up of this team.
AD Key Players
Harry Gurney: A serial franchise circuit winner after success with Melbourne Renegades and Barbados Tridents to name two of the more notable achievements, the English left-arm paceman conceded just 14 from his two overs last time out.
Moeen Ali: Faced four balls, during which he hit a six, and then did not bowl last time out and yet there is no doubting the English all-rounder is a key player with bat and ball for Team Abu Dhabi.
Luke Wright: Scored a little slowly with 20 from 15 balls at the top of the order but he remains a key figure at the top of the order, capable of scoring some big runs.
AD Team Form
Team Abu Dhabi tied their opening T10 League match against Qalandars. Corey Anderson’s 43 from 22 balls helped them to 103/6 from their ten overs. In reply, Marchant de Lange then bowled the final over, taking a wicket with the penultimate ball, as the Qalandars posted 103/3. De Lange finished with 2-20.
Team Abu Dhabi Predicted Playing 11
