Nottinghamshire are favorites to win
Nottinghamshire will take on Warwickshire in the 2022 Vitality Blast. The game will be played at Trent Bridge, Nottingham starting at 18:30 local time on Friday June 17th.
Nottinghamshire have seven points from seven games and are in sixth place in the North Group. They have won three, lost three and had one no-result and currently find themselves two points from a place in the top four. The Outlaws ended a run of two successive defeats when they beat Leicestershire Foxes by 5 wickets in their last Vitality Blast game on Friday. Alex Hales and Ben Duckett both scored 44 as they got home after only 13.2 overs. Earlier in the match, Luke Fletcher, Dane Paterson and Calvin Harrison had all taken 2 wickets.
Warwickshire are well placed in third spot after taking 10 points from their first eight matches in the group stage. They were beaten by Yorkshire Vikings by 10 wickets last Friday in a comprehensive defeat in front of their home fans at Edgbaston. The Bears’ top four contributed only 16 runs and it was only some useful contributions from Adam Hose, Chris Benjamin and Jake Lintott lower down the order which took them to 101. Spinner Jake Lintott has picked up 13 wickets in the competition but has gone wicketless in the last two matches.

The match will be played at Trent Bridge, Nottingham. There was a very quick outfield during the Test Match earlier this week and we expect a high scoring game on this surface.
