Kandy Falcons needed only three batters in Match 2 with Pathum Nissanka, Andre Fletcher and Carlos Brathwaite all delivering. Nissanka hit 71 runs from 41 balls and shared in a first wicket partnership of 156 from 15.4 overs with Fletcher who finished unbeaten on 102 not-out. The Falcons will be looking to do the same in this match.

KF Bowling

Defending a target of 200 on a slow, low wicket, the pressure was off for the Kandy Falcons bowling attack on Tuesday. Unsurprisingly, skipper Wanindu Hasaranga was the pick of the bowlers and returned figures of 4-14 from three overs. His bowling is well suited to this pitch and he will be dangerous again against the Gladiators.
