SRH and MI have had a similar start to the IPL 2023. Both teams suffered defeats in the first two games before bouncing back to win their next two games. SRH lost to Rajasthan Royals and Lucknow Super Giants but came back to win against Punjab Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders. Mumbai, on the other hand, defeated KKR and Delhi Capitals after suffering defeats to Royal Challengers Bangalore and Chennai Super Kings.
On Paper, Hyderabad will start as favourites as they have a more balanced attack. Mumbai will be happy that Rohit and Suryakumar Yadav have found form but their bowling still remains a massive concern.
The wicket will be a good one to bat. The spinners will get some grip and turn in the second innings so teams will be keen to bat first and put big runs on the board.
The country has been hit with a heat wave and Hyderabad is no different. The temperature during the match will be around the high 20s.

With the impact player rule coming in, it is very hard to predict the changes as there are plenty of possibilities. As for the injury updates, Jofra Archer continues to be on the sidelines for MI.
Both teams have fared well against each other, with MI winning 10 and SRH winning 9 matches against each other.

After a couple of ordinary outings, Harry Brook made his presence felt with a blistering 100 off 55 balls against KKR. Brook is rated very highly and SRH paid a hefty price for him. The innings will be a massive confidence booster for him.
The captain also returned to form with a quick-fire 50 against KKR. Markram has enjoyed a great year with the bat and his form in the IPL 2023 will determine how far SRH will go in the T20 extravaganza.
After a string of low scores, Surya returned to form and played good innings of 43 in 25 balls against KKR. With runs behind him, Surya will be a massive threat to SRH in the coming game. The batter is one of the best in business in this format of the game.
The leg spinner has bowled well for MI. The bowling attack for MI looks inexperienced but Chawla has filled in beautifully. The spinner has given Mumbai breakthroughs in middle overs, also choking the opposition for runs.
Mayank Markande has made a roaring comeback to IPL with six wickets in two matches of IPL 2023. The pitch will help the spinners and SRH will be hoping that Mayank Markande keeps his form and delivers another good show.
