Guyana Amazon Warriors have had a poor season as they have managed to win just one of their six games. They lost to Barbados Royals in the last game by 29 runs. It was a great opportunity for them to fetch a win but they failed to chase the target of 108 runs.
Meanwhile, Jamaica Tallawahs have played eight games, winning four and losing as many. They lost to Trinbago Knight Riders in the last game as they failed to post a big score on board and could only manage 116 which was easily chased. Meanwhile, when these two teams last met, Jamaica won the match by 4 wickets.
There can be some movement on offer with the new ball but we feel that spinners will be the major threat on this wicket, but overall it should be a good one to bat.
Thunderstorms are expected on the match day, with around 70 per cent chance of rain. The temperature will range between 31 and 26 degrees.

Brandon King has played a couple of good knocks for Jamaica in the tournament. He is the third highest run scorer of the tournament with 222 runs in eight games. He possesses destructive batting skills and on his day, will decimate any bowling lineup.
Nothing has worked for Guyana so far but Stirling is a good player to have in the team. The destructive opener has a habit of playing brutal knocks every now and then and he is due for a big one.
Rovman Powell was very consistent at the start of the tournament but he has lost his form in recent few games. But still, he is one of the best batters from Jamaica and with runs behind him, we won’t be surprised to see him back among the runs pretty soon.
He is a good player to have as a spin bowling all-rounder can be a trump card on this surface. Allen proved his credentials as a batter in the last game for Jamaica and scored a brilliant 50, while also picking 1 wicket for 20 runs.
Shamsi is one of the best spinners going around in world cricket. His variations and skill set make him a very tough bowler to face. He is a valuable player to have in the team.
