Who will win Zimbabwe vs Sri Lanka, 2nd Test 2020?
After a ten-wicket win in the opening game of the series, Sri Lanka will look to wrap up a series victory when they face Zimbabwe in Harare again, in the second and final match of this mini tour. The test is scheduled to take place between January 27 and January 31, with the live action starting at 10:00 local time each day.
Angelo Mathews hit an unbeaten double century in the first innings for Sri Lanka last time out to set them on their way to their ten-wicket win. They had earlier bowled Zimbabwe, on their test return, out for 358 and then dismissed again for 170 in 92 overs in the second innings. It left them needing just 14 to win, which they did in three overs.
Zimbabwe fielded four test debutants across the match, including concussion substitute Brian Muzinganyama. A strong Sri Lanka team proved too good despite plenty of positives for the home team, however.

ZIM vs SL Toss Prediction
Zimbabwe won the toss and elected to bat first on a lifeless wicket, and Sri Lanka may be happy to do likewise this time – particularly if it means bowling in the fourth innings as the pitch turns more.
ZIM vs SL Weather Report
A couple of clear, sunny days sandwich three days in which showers are forecast. There could be some interruptions, but hopefully nothing long-term.
ZIM vs SL Pitch Condition
Harare is a slow, turning wicket but it offers little for the bowlers otherwise – particularly earlier on in the test.

Zimbabwe Team News & Playing 11
ZIM Team News
Sean Williams captained the team for the first time in test cricket last time out, while Kevin Kasuza, Ainsley Ndlovu and Victor Nyauchi made their test debuts. Kasuza was replaced by another debutant, Brian Mudzinganyama, after suffering concussion, however, and the latter could start the second test in his place.
ZIM Key Players
Kyle Jarvis: Bowled 37 wicketless overs in the first test but his test record shows he is one of Zimbabwe’s key pacemen. He needs four more wickets to reach 50 in test cricket.
Brendan Taylor: One of few players left who would have fitted seamlessly into Zimbabwe’s best squads, he scored 21 and 38 in the first test and will want to build on those platforms to add to his eight half-centuries and six test hundreds.
Sikandar Raza: Scored 41 and 17 and took three wickets in between to prove his all-round worth. His decision to stick with the national team is a huge bonus.
ZIM Team Form
Zimbabwe’s first test match since 2018 started well enough, as Prince Masvaure, Kevin Kasuza and Craig Ervine all scored half-centuries. They posted 358 in their first innings, but Sri Lanka took the game away with a big first innings of their own and Zimbabwe folded for 170 second time around to lose by ten wickets.

Lahiru Kumara: Five wickets in the match takes the Sri Lanka paceman to 65 wickets in 20 tests so far.
Angelo Mathews: Hit his tenth test century in the first innings of the first match and he converted it into an unbeaten double-century, which he compiled across ten hours of batting.
SL Team Form
Sri Lanka lost their last bilateral series after a draw and a defeat to Pakistan, but started this series in winning fashion. Angelo Mathews’ double-century was the highlight of a ten-wicket win against Zimbabwe in Harare.
