Velocity picked up an emphatic victory over Supernovas in the last game and will go in this match with great confidence. They're up against Trailblazers, who finished last in the previous edition of the women's T-20 league. For Velocity, they have a very strong batting line up in Mithali Raj, Shafali Verma, Veda Krishnamurthy and Sune Luus. In the bowling department Jahanara Alarm, Leigh Kasperek and Ekta Bisht form a cunning bowling line up. 

Trailblazers on the other hand lack quality in their batting and their success relies on the performance of Smriti Mandhana. Poonam Raut, Deandra Dottin, Nuzhat Parween and Dayalan Hemalatha will be there to support Mandhana but you feel that they needed an international quality batsmen in their team. Trailblazer, however can still be a challenge for Velocity as they boast of a quality bowling attack.
