Who Will Win Surrey vs Kent Spitfires, Vitality T20 Blast 2019?
Kent Spitfires will look to maintain their winning start to the 2019 Vitality Blast when they take on South Group rivals Surrey at the Oval. The match takes place on July 30 and the live action begins at 18:30 local time.
The Spitfires have won three from three so far, including two wins at their St Lawrence Ground home. Imran Qayyum took 5-21 in a 41-run defeat of Somerset, while Heino Kuhn’s unbeaten half-century helped them beat Essex by 22 runs in their most recent game. They won at Hampshire in between.
Surrey, on the other hand, will be hoping to continue their recent momentum in this game after shaking off a losing start. Defeats to Essex and Middlesex gave them plenty to do, but they bowled Glamorgan out for 44 and then tied with Sussex last time out.

SUR vs KENT Toss Prediction
Kent have won two matches batting first so far this season and the Spitfires will surely be keen to maintain that record – it could be an important toss to win.
SUR vs KENT Weather Report
The threat of rain which will beset the earlier part of the day should have passed by the time Kent and Surrey head out to the middle – it will be cooler than it has been, but hopefully dry by then too.
SUR vs KENT Pitch Condition
The Oval wicket is among the best in the country generally and there should be no unforeseen issues ahead of this game.

SUR Team News
International call-ups have made it hard for Surrey to pick a consistent line-up so far, but the latest test squad is slightly easier on them. Rory Burns, Jason Roy and Sam Curran are away with England, but Tom Curran is available, as is Liam Plunkett.
SUR Key Players
Tom Curran: Back after a non-playing appearance in England’s World Cup squad, he made his mark with 3-3 from two overs against Glamorgan and picked up another two wickets last time out. The Big Bash star can also bat down the order.
Ollie Pope: Fit again, just in time to replace injured Ben Foakes behind the stumps, and he made his mark with a top score of 43 from 29 balls in the tie with Sussex last time out.
Aaron Finch: The big-hitting Australian is a huge asset at the top of the order for Surrey, and showed in last season’s match at Canterbury – among many others – just how explosive he can be.
SUR Team Form
Surrey suffered a heavy defeat to Essex, in a match reduced to 15 overs, first up and then suffered London derby defeat to Middlesex. They bounced back well, however – Tom Curran (3-3), Imran Tahir (3-8) and Gareth Batty (3-7) helping them bowl Glamorgan out for 44 in a 97-run win next up.Last time out, they tied with Sussex Sharks after both teams posted 144/8 from their 20 overs.
Surrey Predicted Playing 11
Aaron Finch, Will Jacks, Mark Stoneman, Ollie Pope (wk), Rikki Clarke, Tom Curran, Jordan Clark, Liam Plunkett, Jade Dernbach (c), Gareth Batty, Imran Tahir

KENT Team News
Heino Kuhn marked his arrival by top-scoring in Kent’s win in last Vitality T20 Blast, after replacing Sean Dickson in the starting XI. That was the Spitfires’ only change and there could be no further rotation for this match.
KENT Key Players
Heino Kuhn: Wasted no time making his mark as he came into the side for the most recent match, hitting six fours and a six in his unbeaten 55 from 39 balls. He adds depth to the top order and proved he can finish too.
Daniel Bell-Drummond: The big-hitting Kent captain set the tone with 43 from 33 balls at the top of the order last time out. He has built a reputation as a fierce hitter – one which is fully deserved given some of the innings he has played.
Imran Qayyum: Quieter last time out after his stunning five-wicket haul in the first match at Canterbury this season. He still picked up another wicket, however, and bowled economically too.
KENT Team Form
Kent have won all three matches they have played so far. Imran Qayyum spun them to victory against Somerset in their first home game, before Alex Blake’s late hitting – an unbeaten half-century – saw them to a two-wicket win away to Hampshire.
Last time out, Heino Kuhn hit an unbeaten half-century against Essex, in a total of 175/6, before they nullified the in-form Eagles’ batting to restrict them to 153/7.
Kent Predicted Playing 11
Daniel Bell-Drummond, Zak Crawley, Ollie Robinson, Heino Kuhn, Mohammad Nabi, Alex Blake, Jordan Cox, Adam Milne, Hardus Viljoen, Imran Qayyum, Fredrick Klaasen
Surrey vs Kent Head to Head
Surrey were frustrated by the rain the last time they faced Kent Spitfires in this competition – they had posted an incredible 250/6 at Canterbury but never got the chance to defend that total as the rain forced a no result.
Kent had won the previous meeting at The Oval and have now claimed 14 wins to Surrey’s 15 in the 30 previous matches between the two.
