Who will win Pakistan Women vs England Women, 1st ODI 2019?
Victory against Pakistan Women in Malaysia will guarantee England Women a place at the 2021 Women’s Cricket World Cup. The first match, at the Kinrara Oval, Kuala Lumpur, will take place on December 9 and gets underway at 09:30 local time.
Pakistan Women sit fifth in the ICC Women’s Championship and need to overhaul South Africa if they are to avoid the qualifiers. Just one point separates the two nations, having played 15 matches each. Pakistan come into this series after drawing a non-Championship series with Bangladesh.
England, on the other hand, have played three games more but have a vastly superior record and sit second overall. Just one win from any of the three WODIs on this tour will seal their World Cup place. It will also allow them to bounce back from their Ashes defeat in the summer – their most recent matches.
