Northamptonshire are favorites to win
After losing their grip on top spot in the Central Group, Northamptonshire Steelbacks will bid to return to winning ways when they take on Worcestershire Rapids. The match takes place at the County Cricket Ground on September 15 and the live action gets underway at 18:30 local time.
Northamptonshire Steelbacks won their first four completed matches but two consecutive defeats have seen them drop to second place. They were bowled out for just 98 as they suffered a seven-wicket loss to Glamorgan last time out.
Worcestershire Rapids also lost last time out, suffering a six-wicket loss to Birmingham Bears. They beat Somerset by three runs in their previous game but they have lost five of their six completed games in total and sit bottom of the table.

Northamptonshire Steelbackshave lost their last two matches but their fine start to the tournament showed what they are capable of and they take on a Worcestershire Rapids team who have failed to ignite this season. The Rapids have been one of the top teams of the last couple of years, but they have suffered this time and should lose again.
