They’re up against an undefeated Melbourne Stars who with 4 wins are settled at the helm of the points table. For Melbourne Stars, Meg Lanning has been in terrific touch, scoring 4 fifties in five innings. Along with her, Ellyse Villani has also played some crucial knocks. Stars however need some contribution for Mignon dy Preez, Natalie Sciver and Annabel Sutherland. In the bowling department Alana Kings has been brilliant along with Tess Flintoff, Holly Ferling and Sophie Day. 

For Adelaide Lauda Wolvaardt has been outstanding in the batting department while Darcie Brown has been superb with the ball. Stefanie Taylor played a good knock of 60 against Renegades in their last match but overall Adelaide will need a collective effort from their batsmen to get past this Melbourne Stars line up. Katie Mack, Tahila McGrath and Briget Pattinson need to join the party pretty soon.
