Australia registered their highest successful chase in ODIs as they beat India by four wickets in the fourth one-day international at Mohali to level the series 2-2. The two teams will now head off to the Feroz Shah Kotla in Delhi for the fifth and deciding ODI. This final game of the tour will be played on March 13 with live telecast scheduled to start at 1:30 PM local time.

India played Rishabh Pant in the last game in place of MS Dhoni who has been rested for the final two games of the series. Bhuvneshwar Kumar was brought in place of Mohammed Shami who suffered a minor injury during the third ODI. Ambati Rayudu and Ravindra Jadeja were dropped to give KL Rahul and Yuzvendra Chahal some game time. Rahul is likely to bat at number three again with Virat Kohli pushing himself down to number four. Despite facing defeat in the last match, the hosts are expected to go unchanged for this series decider.

Virat Kohli has scored the most runs in this ODI series of Australia’s tour of India and he is definitely the key man for his team in terms of batting. The skipper cracked back-to-back centuries in the second and third ODIs and he even has a century and a fifty from his five ODI innings at the Feroz Shah Kotla. Openers Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan got back amongst the runs last time with scores of 95 and 143 respectively and they will be expected to give the team another solid start. Kuldeep Yadav and Jasprit Bumrah with nine and seven wickets respectively have been the pick of the Indian bowlers in this series. Bumrah has a three-wicket haul in the only ODI he has played at this ground and he also picked three wickets in the last game as well. While the pacer will be India's biggest hope with both the new ball and in the death overs, Kuldeep and Yuzvendra Chahal will be their best bets in the middle overs.

India have now lost their fourth one-day international out of the twelve they have played since the start of this year. They now have three wins and as many losses in their last six matches in the format. India's bowling and fielding performances have been very ordinary in the last couple of games. Their bowlers have looked flat and the dropped catches have cost them dearly. Batting, though, is not much of an issue for them at the moment.

Australia made a couple of changes to their side for the fourth one-day international as they brought Ashton Turner and Jason Behrendorff in place of Marcus Stoinis and Nathan Lyon respectively. Stoinis fractured his thumb while fielding in the third ODI at Ranchi and he is unlikely to recover from the injury in time for the fifth ODI. Turner replaced him in the last game and his marvelous effort with the bat means that he will probably be retained. With the Feroz Shah Kotla pitch being conducive to spin bowling, the visitors could bring Lyon back in place of either Behrendorff or Jhye Richardson.

Usman Khawaja is just seven runs behind Virat Kohli on the list of leading run-scorers in the series. The opening batsman is looking in terrific touch with scores of 50, 38, 104 and 91 in the four ODIs and Australia will be hoping that he is able to finish the series in style. Aaron Finch who scored 93 at Ranchi along with Peter Handscomb and Ashton Turner who played match-winning knocks of 117 and 84 respectively in the last game are the other key figures in this Australian batting line-up. Pat Cummins is continuing to impress with the ball and he is the leading wicket-taker in the series with 12 wickets. The fast bowler notched up a five-fer last time and he will once again pose the biggest threat to India, particularly with the new ball. Adam Zampa has taken eight wickets in the series and he together with Nathan Lyon will look to build pressure on India by curbing the flow of runs.

Australia's four-wicket victory in Mohali was their third win in the seven one-day internationals they have played so far this year. After being downed in the first two matches of the ongoing series, the visitors have done really well to come from behind and level the series. Their batting has been the plus point for them in the last two games - they posted 300+ in the third ODI and then created history by chasing down a mammoth 358 last time. The Aussies have remained sharp in the field throughout the series.
