Glamorgan vs Sussex Preview & Prediction

Ross Taylor is currently the second-highest run-scorer in the tournament. The Kiwi batsman has hit three fifties this season and Sussex will be backing him to play a big knock for them. Skipper Luke Wright has a couple of good innings to his name while Matt Machan in the middle-order has been consistent since the last three games.

Nuwan Kulasekara is going to be the key bowler for Sussex. The seamer has bagged three wickets in his first couple of games and is already looking the most threatening of the lot. The left-arm right-arm pace combination of Mills and Shahzad can also create a few problems for Glamorgan. These three fast bowlers are going to have to bowl well for Sussex.

Glamorgan will be seeking their fifth consecutive victory when they take on Sussex in Thursday's clash. The two teams have faced each other four times and Sussex have been the winners on three occasions, including both the games last year. Both have a win each at this ground with Sussex winning the last match here in 2015. So their recent record against Glamorgan has been good which will give them a definite edge going into this match. But current form is where Glamorgan will score over Sussex. They are on a roll at the moment with four successive wins and have the momentum in their favor.

Sussex are a strong team and they may have beaten Glamorgan in their last three encounters, but we feel that the latter are currently playing better cricket and so they should be the favorites to win this match and make it five in a row.
