Chittagong Vikings were largely consistent with their selections in Dhaka, with Yasir Ali replacing Mohammad Ashraful for the two most recent games and Najbullah Zadran coming in for their most recent fixture, in place of Sikandar Raza. He took another wicket against Comilla Victorians despite being expensive with the ball and hit the match-winning six again to continue his stunning tournament.

Nayeem Hasan has had no such issues with his economy rate, recording figures of 2-10, 1-20, 1-16 and 0-20 from their four games so far, while he also hit a six in the final over of that tie with Khulna Titans.

Elsewhere, Mohammad Shahzad hit 46 from 27 balls to kick-start the successful chase against Comilla Victorians and show some of the form he showcased in the Afghanistan Premier League, and he is joined at the top of the order by Cameron Delport, who has proved himself key across the globe.

Mushfiqur Rahim top-scored last time out, meanwhile, hitting seven fours and four sixes in a 41-ball innings of 75.

Chittagong Vikings lost just one of their opening four games in Dhaka, though this will be their first match since. Robbie Frylinck claimed 4-14 as they bowled Rangpur Riders out for 98 on their way to a three-wicket win first up, but Frylinck's all-round heroics (3-26 and 44*) were not quite enough as they lost their next match by six runs to Sylhet Sixers.
