Cape Town Blitz Team News & Playing 11
Quinton de Kock and Janneman Malan are amongst the tournament's leading run-scorers and the Blitz will be hoping for a strong showing from these two openers. Malan batted well for his 43 in the recent game against Jozi Stars while de Kock is having an impressive strike-rate. Asif Ali played a match-winning knock of 80 from just 33 balls in the earlier encounter against Durban Heat and he will be expected to deliver a similar performance here. Cape Town Blitz will turn to the likes of Dale Steyn, Nandre Burger and Andile Phehlukwayo to do the job with the ball. Burger has been a revelation for the team. The left-arm seamer took a couple of wickets against the Stars and he will look to do some damage with the new ball. Steyn has also been amongst the wickets at an acceptable economy rate and it will be crucial that he maintains pressure on the Heat from the other end.

Durban Heat Team News & Playing 11
Their batting has been heavily reliant on Morne van Wyk and Khaya Zondo. Once again, the onus will be on these two to perform well with the bat. Zondo scored an unbeaten 49 last time against Cape Town Blitz and the team will want him to score big again in this round 2 fixture. David Miller and Temba Bavuma are also reliable batsmen and they are the Heat's best men in the middle order. In terms of bowling, it will be up to Kyle Abbott, Keshav Maharaj and Rashid Khan to take wickets and ensure that the Blitz struggle throughout their innings. Maharaj was the standout performer with figures of 3-24 in the reverse encounter and he could once again trouble the Blitz with his left-arm spin. Abbott has taken the most wickets for Durban Heat and he will be backed by his skipper to hurt the opposition in the powerplay.
