Bangladesh Women are favorites to win
Bangladesh Women will take on UAE Women at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium Ground 2. Match 20 in the Round-robin stage of the 2022 Women’s Asia Cup gets underway on Tuesday 11th October at 09:00 local time.

Bangladesh Women have lost their last two games against Sri Lanka Women and India Women.
With one victory from five games, UAE Women have two points and are in sixth place in their first appearance in the Women’s Asia Cup. Their only victory of the competition came against Malaysia Women who are the only side below them in the table.
Khushi Sharma top scored for UAE Women with 20 not out from 19 balls from the number five position. It was the second time that she has reached 20 in the tournament after hitting 29 against India Women. 18 year old keeper-batter Theertha Satish has scored 102 runs including 62 not out against Malaysia Women.
Off-spinner Esha Oza has taken five wickets across this campaign and took 3-22 against Pakistan Women. She dismissed three of the top four and has now taken 30 wickets in this format. Mahika Gaur has taken six wickets in the tournament.
UAE Women have lost four of their five games but have had competitive matches against Sri Lanka Women and Thailand Women.
The match will be played at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium Ground 2. Spin bowlers have enjoyed bowling on this pitch throughout the tournament with the ball turning lots and not bouncing a huge amount.
