Date | 15th December 2022 |

Venue | Cazaly's Stadium, Cairns |
Brisbane Heat had a poor outing last year as they finished in the bottom half of the table after losing 11 of the 14 games. This year they will be hoping to perform better. They have some good players up their ranks, including the likes of Colin Munro, Max Bryant, Xavier Bartlett, and Sam Billings among others.
Meanwhile, there was only one team that performed poorly than the Heat and it was Melbourne Renegades. Renegades finished last after managing wins in just 3 of the 14 games. With players like Aaron Finch, Nick Maddinson, Sam Harper, Andre Russell, and Mujeeb Ur Rahman, the Renegades boast of a strong team who can beat any opposition on their day.
The wicket should be a good sporting surface, as we expect in Australia. The hard bouncy surface will aid the new ball bowlers but will also help the batters to score easily as the ball will come on nicely. It will be a test of skills between batters and bowlers on this wicket.
The weather will be cloudy with temperatures ranging between 33 and 26 degrees. Rain is unlikely to affect the game.

Aaron Finch has not been in great form for a while but having announced his retirement from ODIs, he can now just focus on the T20Is. Finch, we all are aware, is a match-winner on his day.
Colin Munro is another player whom we can have in the team. When Munro gets going, it is very hard to stop him. He is one of the few players who can score at a high strike rate and be consistent at the same time.
Mujeeb Ur Rahman can trouble the batters with his variations. Mujeeb is a skilful bowler and it won't be easy to score off him. Also, the large boundaries will be very helpful for him.
Andre Russell is a veteran in the T20s. Even though he will not perform in every game, whenever he will, Renegades will be hard to beat. With the bat or ball, Russell is a match-winner for his team.
Mitchell Swepson is another player we are interested in having on our team. The Australian leg-spinner is an interesting prospect who has promised a lot in recent times. Also, leg spinners are genuine wicket-takers so there is no harm in betting on him.
