Who Will Win Sri Lanka vs Bangladesh, 3rd ODI?
Sri Lanka and Bangladesh head to the R. Premadasa Stadium, Colombo, again as they conclude their three-game ODI series, which Sri Lanka have already won. The match takes place on July 31, with the live action starting at 14:30 local time.
Kusal Perera’s century in the first game and Avishka Fernando’s 82 last time out have helped the Sri Lankan batsman make far better use of the Colombo wicket so far, on their way to two comfortable wins. They will now look to complete a series whitewash and repair their battered ODI reputation.
For Bangladesh, Mushfiqur Rahim’s unbeaten 98 – including his 6,000th ODI run – could not prevent another defeat last time out. He also hit 67 in the first game but, missing Shakib Al Hasan, they now only have pride to play for.

SL vs BAN Toss Prediction
Both sides have won the toss and elected to bat first in the two matches so far. Sri Lanka did so with far more success and could well do it again.
SL vs BAN Weather Report
While there are scattered thunderstorms on the forecast for Colombo, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh might get lucky – as it stands, this game is set to take place in a window between them.
SL vs BAN Pitch Condition
The pitches so far have been balanced, if a little slow, but Sri Lanka’s batsman have showed there is not too much to be concerned about with good batting. This is the third game at the ground in this series and likely to be a similar story.

SL Team News
Isuru Udana was selected to replace the now-retired Lasith Malinga, who closed out his career in the opening game. That was one of two changes Sri Lanka made, as Akila Dananjaya also replaced Thisara Perera.
SL Key Players
Kusal Perera: After his century in the first game confirmed his importance up the order, he added 30 more last time out, continuing the decent form he showed at times during the World Cup too.
Avishka Fernando: Scored two sixes and nine fours on his way to 82 from 75 balls at the top of the order last time out. Victory was almost a formality by the time he was out in the 21st over, having ensured Sri Lanka made light work of their chase.
Angelo Mathews: The former captain is in excellent form with the bat, hitting 48 and 52* in this series, having ended the World Cup with a century against India too. After struggling early on in England, he has hit 335 runs in his last six innings since.
SL Team Form
Sri Lanka were hit and miss at the World Cup but their three wins were enough to earn them sixth place and they have backed that up well in this series. Kusal Perera’s century helped themto 314/8 and a 93-run win in the first ODI of this series, before Avishka Fernando’s 82 ensured they made light work of a chase of 239 to win last time out – Sri Lanka claiming a seven-wicket victory.
Sri Lanka Predicted Playing 11
Avishka Fernando, Dimuth Karunaratne (c), Kusal Perera (wk), Kusal Mendis, Angelo Mathews, Lahiru Thirimanne, Akila Dananjaya, Dhananjaya de Silva, Isuru Udana, Nuwan Pradeep, Lahiru Kumara

BAN Team News
The Tigers have travelled to Colombo with a weakened squad, missing Mashrafe Mortaza, Mohammad Saifuddin and Shakib Al Hasan. Taijul Islam replaced Rubel Hossain last time out but there could be further changes in store as Bangladesh look to end with a win.
BAN Key Players
Mushfiqur Rahim: Backed up his good World Cup form by top-scoring for Bangladesh in both matches so far in this series. He hit 67 in the first game and added an unbeaten 98 last time out – his 36 and 37th ODI half-centuries.
Mustafizur Rahman: Ten wickets in his final two games of the World Cup and two apiece in each of the two games in this series, including 2-50 last time out.
Tamim Iqbal: Yet to show his very best form at the top of the order, the stand-in captain has one more shot at leading his side to victory and that will start with him providing the sort of innings Fernando did for Sri Lanka last time out.
BAN Team Form
Bangladesh went into the World Cup with what many dubbed their best team yet, but the Tigers could not progress from the group stage and have started post-World Cup life in poor form too.
They were carted for 223 in the first game of this series, in reply to 314/8, while Mushfiqur Rahim’s 98* from 110 balls last time out could only lift them to 238/8 – they lost by seven wickets.
