Seaside CC vs Linkoping CC 1st Semi-Final, ECS T10 League- Gothenburg
In a repeat of the final group match, the first semi-final of the Dream 11 ECS Gothenburg T10 tournament sees Seaside CC, the unbeaten group winners, take on Linkoping CC, who themselves were in mixed form. The match takes place at Kviberg, Gothenburg, on July 17 and the live action starts at 10:00 local time.
Seaside CC won six from six in the group stage to finish first – though one of those wins did come in a Golden Ball against Jonkoping. They completed the clean sweep by beating Linkoping last time out despite a rare poor performance with the bat. They rotated their squad and posted 73/9 but economical bowling ensured Ankit Naik’s unbeaten 44* was not enough to lift Linkoping to more than 66/1 in reply.
It meant Linkoping finished the group stage with three wins and three defeats. All three wins came on day three, on their first day of action, but all three defeats came last time out – losing to Almhult and Jonkoping before the defeat to Seaside.

Seaside CC Team News & Playing 11
SSD Team News
After altering their batting order and tweaking their line-up last time out, as they were already assured of top spot, Seaside should be back to full strength for this one.
SSD Key Players
- Aditya Arora: Key to the bowling attack, getting back to his wicket-taking form as the group stage went on to reiterate his worth.
- Zawwar Hussain: Peaked on day two, but the all-rounder’s big-hitting batting was key and he can slot into several places in the batting order.
- Mokhtar Ghulami: Two key innings among the six wins, he also showed another side to his game last time out with excellent bowling figures of 0-7 from two overs.
SSD Team Form
Seaside CC were in dominant form in the group stage, winning all six matches. The majority were by big margins too, though they did need the Golden Ball to beat Jonkoping CA. Their last two games were contrasting ones to each other though – Mokhtar Ghulami hit 49* as they chased 88 in 5.5 overs to beat Kristianstad by ten wickets. Last time out, against Linkoping, they posted just 73/9 but still won by seven runs despite only taking one wicket in reply.

LKP Team News
Aamir Mushtaq’s bowling last time out should ensure he keeps his place for this one. The batting order may change after their limp performance last time out, but they have generally been consistent with the line-up.
LKP Key Players
- Adeel Asghar: Needs to score quicker than on day four, but the number-three batsmen is capable of runs in the top order.

- Muhammad Musab: Consistent with the ball across all six group games, bowling tidily and picking up wickets regularly.
LKP Team Form
Linkoping won three from three on day three, impressing enormously in wins against Watan Zalmi, Hisingen and Kristianstad. It was a totally different story on day four, however, when they slumped to three defeats, against Almhult, Jonkoping CA and Seaside.
