Who will win Scotland vs Papua New Guinea, ICC T20 World Cup Qualifier?
Early Group A leaders Papua New Guinea will take on Scotland, one of the favourites to qualify, as the ICC T20 World Cup Qualifier continues in Dubai. The match, at the ICC Academy Ground, will take place on October 21, with the live action starting at 10:00 local time.
Papua New Guinea have made a strong start to the tournament so far, beating Bermuda by ten wickets and Namibia by 81 runs. Tony Ura, Assad Vala and Norman Vanua have all started the ICC T20 World Cup Qualifier in good form.
Scotland, meanwhile, have suffered one shock defeat already – against Singapore – but they bounced back from that two-run defeat by beating Kenya by 31 runs last time out. Defending 170/6, Richie Berrington’s 3-17 helped them restrict the Kenyans to 139/8. The Scots will be keen to avoid any more shock defeats now…

SCO vs PNG Toss Prediction
Both teams have won the toss in both matches so far, with the main ICC Academy Ground generally a pitch to field first on. Scotland may well stick with that tactic, even though they did lose to Singapore last time they chased.
SCO vs PNG Weather Report
Though the humidity is expected to increase on Monday night, during the day conditions are set to be exactly as they have been so far in Dubai – hot, clear, sunny and dry with zero chance of rain.
SCO vs PNG Pitch Condition
The main ICC Academy Ground has definitely given a little something for the bowlers, compared to the No2 Ground. Nevertheless, it remains a good pitch to bat on if you can get in.
