Wicket-keepers
Kiplin Doriga is down the order for Papua New Guinea so it may be more worthwhile picking one of the Namibians listed. Zane Green is in the middle order, whereas JP Kotze opens the batting. At 8.5 credits, he could be good value.
Batsmen
Tony Ura is one of the few out-and-out batsmen in this Papua New Guinea squad and he is a must-pick at 9.5 credits too. With so many others listed as all-rounders, it is worth holding spaces back for them. Nevertheless, one of Namibia’s top all-rounders, Jan Frylinck, is listed as a batsman despite his three wickets last time out so he is worth picking up. Niko Davin does not hang around with the bat for Namibia, meanwhile, but he could deliver some lusty blows.
All-rounders
On to the all-rounders, Charles Amini bowled tidily last time out and is a key batsman too, albeit he was not needed in the opening game. Assad Vala hit an unbeaten half-century to prove his batting form, meanwhile. Namibia do have some key all-rounders of their own, meanwhile. JJ Smit and Christi Viljoen are among their stand-out players.
Bowlers
With the ball, Norman Vanua took a hat-trick to continue his wicket-taking form in T20 internationals for Papua New Guinea in the first game. He is a key part of a Papua New Guinea bowling attack that boasts plenty of depth. Nosaina Pokana and Damien Ravu also played their part, while an alternative would be Jason Kila. For Namibia, if you would prefer, Bernard Scholtz scored well in Dream 11 compared to his team-mates.
Captain/vice-captain
Norman Vanua’s wicket-taking form continued in the first game, while Tony Ura delivered with the bat once again. Assad Vala did too, and he is more likely to bowl as well – making him a potentially good captain pick. Charles Amini is the other top Papua New Guinea all-round option, and he will expect to be needed with the bat as well as for his tidy bowling. Vala and Amini, being genuine all-rounders, makes them slightly less risky picks than Vanua and Ura – though the latter are consistent and worth considering too.
