Patrick Kruger and Aubrey Swanepoel will continue to open the batting with Rudi Second and Andries Gous coming in at numbers three and four respectively.

Aubrey Swanepoel was the only one from the Knights' top six batsmen to breach the 20-run mark against the Dolphins. The opener looked in fine touch in his knock of 31 runs from 19 balls and he will look to score big again. The Knights, however, will also expect strong contributions from their key men in Rudi Second and Patrick Kruger. In terms of bowling, the hosts will bank of the likes of Shadley van Schalkwyk, Ryan McLaren and Eddie Leie to do the job for them. Schalkwyk was one of the leading wicket-takers last season and the pacer returned impressive figures of 2-23 in the last game.

The Knights had a disastrous season last time as they finished at the bottom of the points table. This time, they have started their campaign on a losing note as they went down to the Dolphins by four wickets at the Kingsmead in Durban. The Warriors have a formidable batting line-up but the ones to watch out for are Gihahn Cloete, JJ Smuts and Sinethemba Qeshile. Cloete smashed an unbeaten 46 off 25 balls against the Titans, and once again, the onus will be on him to take the team off to a flying start. Smuts has played eight T20Is for South Africa and his experience of playing at the international level should help the Knights. Andrew Birch, Lutho Sipamla and Sisanda Magala form a threatening bowling attack. Sipamla took a couple of wickets the other day and he along with Birch, who was the team's most successful bowler last season, will pose the biggest challenge to the Knights.
