Who will win India vs Bangladesh, 1st T20 2019?
Bangladesh will start their year without suspended star player Shakib-al-Hasan with a T20i series away to India. The three-match series kicks off in Delhi, at the Arun Jaitley Stadium, on November 3 and the live action is scheduled for 19:00 local time.
Bangladesh, who are also without Tamim Iqbal, will be led by Mahmudullah as they look to build on a successful home tri-nation series against Afghanistan and Zimbabwe. The series is preparation for both teams ahead of next year’s ICC T20 World Cup.
India, on the other hand, go into this series without rested captain Virat Kohli. Rohit Sharma leads the team instead as they look to build on a 3-0 win against West Indies and 1-1 draw with South Africa in their last two T20i series.

IND Team News
With Virat Kohli rested, Rohit Sharma will lead India in this series. MS Dhoni remains absent, while Navdeep Saini and Bhuvneshwar Kumar are unavailable due to fitness issues. Hardik Pandya and Jasprit Bumrah are also both recovering from recent back surgery. With Pandya out, Shivam Dube has been called up and could be a like-for-like replacement. There have also been recalls for Sanju Samson, Shardul Thakur and Yuzvendra Chahal.
IND Key Players
Rohit Sharma: After a brilliant test series against South Africa, which concluded with his double century, the big-hitting stand-in captain will now look to return to form in the shortest format – he has 17 half-centuries and four centuries to his name in T20i cricket.
Shikhar Dhawan: Scored 40 and 36 in the two matches against South Africa in September, and will want to go further as he bids to add to his nine T20i half-centuries. In all T20 cricket, Dhawan has passed 50 on 53 occasions.
Deepak Chahar: The top Indian wicket-taker in this year’s IPL, he will get another chance with Bumrah and Kumar absent as he looks to add to the two wickets he took against South Africa.

India whitewashed West Indies in August, but come into this series on the back of a draw with South Africa. Virat Kohli hit 72* as India chased 150 to win the second match by seven wickets (the first having been rained off), but they lost the final game heavily after struggling to 134/9 – going down by nine wickets with 3.1 overs to spare.
