Who will win Canada vs Nigeria, T20 WCQ 2019?
Canada will look to make it two wins from two when they take on Nigeria in their second game in Group B of the ICC T20 World Cup Qualifier. The match, at the Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium, Abu Dhabi, will take place on October 21 and start at 19:30 local time.
Canada won their opening game comfortably against Jersey, with Nitish Kumar’s 83 from 36 balls helping them to 176/5, before they bowled Jersey out for 123 in reply. They are big favourites to beat Nigeria by a big margin too, considering the same Jersey side beat the Nigerians first up.
Nigeria are only at this qualifier because Zimbabwe were suspended by the ICC. They were set 185 to beat Jersey first up, but could only reach 115/7 in reply.

Nitish Kumar: The all-rounder put in some big performances in the ICC CWC Challenge League and carried that form into this qualifier – smashing 83 from 36 balls in the first game against Jersey.
Jeremy Gordon: Took 3-14 in the opening game against Jersey and can generally be relied on to take wickets – he was expensive at times during the Global T20 Canada, but he picked up plenty of wickets for the Toronto Nationals too.
Dillon Heyliger: In excellent wicket-taking form during the Americas Qualifier, including two four-wicket hauls against Bermuda, and his 3-20 last time out takes him to 14 wickets in six T20 internationals.

Nigeria Team News & Playing 11
NGA Team News
After their unexpected promotion into this qualifying tournament, Sesan Adedeji, Daniel Ajekun, Daniel Gim and Sulaimon Runsewe all made their T20i debuts in the opening game against Jersey. Runsewe is one of three of Nigeria’s successful under-19 squad, who upset the odds to qualify for the Under-19s World Cup, to be included for this tournament. Taiwo Mohammed and Sylvester Okpe will hope to feature at some point too.
NGA Key Players
Daniel Ajekun: The 22-year-old took 1-16 with the ball last time out and then hit 17 from ten balls opening the batting too. The off-spinner’s bowling has generally been better tthan his batting – he also took four wickets across the two warm-up games.
Leke Oyede: Top-scored last time out with 39, though it lacked the strike rate to really make an inroad into Jersey’s total. Nevertheless, after scores of 25 and 35 in the warm-up matches, he is in decent batting form.
Vincent Adewoye: Took a four-wicket haul during the Africa region qualifiers, as Nigeria beat Ghana – the win that ultimately sealed their place in the UAE – and the 19-year-old looks a useful all-rounder on the evidence so far.
NGA Team Form
Nigeria were only added to this qualifier when Zimbabwe were suspended by the ICC, but they could not take advantage in their first game – set 185 to beat Jersey, Leke Oyede hit 39 but they could only reach 115/7.

Daniel Ajekun, Leke Oyede, Sesan Adedeji, Vincent Adewoye, Isaac Okpe, Ademola Onikoyi (c, wk), Chimezie Onwuzulike, Sulaimon Runsewe, Daniel Gim, Chima Akachukwu, Abiodun Abioye
