Toss Prediction
The last seven T20 internationals played at the Shere Bangla have all been won by the side bating second. Since the pitch at this ground has been relatively easier to bat on during the second period of play, the toss-winning skipper will probably elect to field first.

Bangladesh Team News & Playing 11
BAN Team News
Bangladesh won't be too perturbed with the defeat in the first T20I and we don't expect them to chop and change their line-up for this must-win encounter. There were no injuries in the Bangladeshi camp at the time of writing and there is a good chance that the hosts could turn up with the same playing eleven from the last game.
BAN Key Players
Shakib Al Hasan waged a lone battle with a valiant knock of 61 runs from 43 balls in the first T20I as wickets kept falling around him. The skipper is Bangladesh's key man both with the bat and with the ball. He is the team's best bowler in this format and will pose the biggest threat to the Windies on this Shere Bangla pitch. Mushfiqur Rahim and Mahmudullah are the leading run-getters for their side at this ground in T20Is with 368 and 351 runs respectively and Bangladesh's middle-order batting will rely mainly on them. Tamim Iqbal failed to fire at Sylhet and it will be crucial that he takes the team off to a flyer this time around. Apart from Shakib, the onus will be on Mustafizur Rahman and Mehidy Hasan to do the job with the ball. Mustafizur has nine T20I wickets at this ground and he will be expected to bowl well in the slog overs.
BAN Recent Form
Bangladesh have now lost their tenth T20 international out of the fourteen they have played so far this year and they have just two wins in their last eight matches in the format. The hosts had an absolute disastrous day with the bat in Sylhet. Barring Shakib Al Hasan, Mahmudullah and Ariful Haque, no other batsman could even get to double figures. Their poor batting effort was followed by a mediocre bowling performance as they allowed the Windies to achieve their target in just the eleventh over of their innings.
Bangladesh Predicted Playing 11
Liton Das, Tamim Iqbal, Soumya Sarkar, Mushfiqur Rahim (wk), Shakib Al Hasan (c), Mahmudullah, Ariful Haque, Mohammad Saifuddin, Mehidy Hasan, Abu Hider Rony, Mustafizur Rahman
West Indies Team News & Playing 11
WI Team News
West Indies have no injury issues to deal with ahead of the second T20 international. The visitors put up a clinical show last time and they are likely to go into this game with an unchanged line-up. Shai Hope, after his brilliant knock at the top of the order, looks set to open the batting once again alongside Evin Lewis.
WI Key Players
Shai Hope is going through some incredible form and he unarguably holds the key to this West Indian batting. The wicketkeeper hit a couple of tons in the ODIs and finished as the best batsman in the series. He has now started the T20I series with a bang, smashing 55 runs off just 23 balls. Evin Lewis is another dangerous player in the T20 format and Bangladesh could find themselves in trouble if he gets going. Shimron Hetmyer and Darren Bravo are the ones to watch out for in the middle order. Sheldon Cottrell claimed match-winning figures of 4-28 from four overs in the last game and the left-arm pacer will look to deliver a similar performance here. Keemo Paul, who did a good job in the ODIs, is continuing to bowl well and he together with skipper Carlos Brathwaite, who was the most economical of the lot at Sylhet, could once again cause problems for the Bangladeshi batsmen.
WI Recent Form
West Indies went into the last game on the back of five consecutive T20I defeats and they managed to put a break on their losing streak with a comprehensive eight-wicket win. They now have three wins and nine losses from the twelve completed T20 internationals they have played this year. The West Indian bowlers looked at their supreme best at Sylhet as they rolled out the hosts for just 129 before their batsmen came out and made short work of the target.
West Indies Predicted Playing 11
Evin Lewis, Shai Hope (wk), Nicholas Pooran, Keemo Paul, Shimron Hetmyer, Darren Bravo, Rovman Powell, Carlos Brathwaite (c), Fabian Allen, Sheldon Cottrell, Oshane Thomas
