Ireland is set to visit Bangladesh for an all-format tour in March-April. The series will kick-off on 18th March with the 1st ODI at Sylhet International Cricket Stadium.
The ODI series will be followed by a 3-match T20I series which will begin on 27th March and the next 2 matches will take place on 29th and 31st March. All the three T20Is will be held at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram.
Both the teams will play a T20I against each other for the first time in Bangladesh. Bangladesh and Ireland have played only one T20I series so far which took place in Ireland in 2012 and Bangladesh won by 3-0.
Bangladesh looks quite strong in this format at home. They have beaten the big players like Australia, New Zealand and recently they have also defeated England at home in a T20I series.
Ireland has won only 1 out of 5 head to head T20Is against Bangladesh. Bangladesh has won 3 times while 1 match ended in no-result.

Bangladesh have become pretty difficult to beat at home. Over the last couple of years, they have defeated Australia and New Zealand in T20Is and India in ODI series at home. They have fought fiercely against the world champions England and defeated them in the T20I series.
Seeing the home ground advantage and current form, we are backing Bangladesh to win all the series against Ireland.
