Zimbabwe will take on Namibia in the first game of a five-match IT20 series. The game will be played at the Queens Sports Club, Bulawayo starting at 13:00 local time on Tuesday May 17th.

Namibia have risen up the T20 World Rankings in recent years and were one of the best performing associate nations during the 2021 T20 World Cup in the UAE. Such was their performance in the tournament that they automatically qualified for the First Round of the 2022 T20 World Cup in Australia. This game should provide a good barometer of Namibia’s progress as a side as they beat the other emerging nations in the T20 World Cup but came up short against the more established teams.
