Who will win West Indies vs India, 2nd T20?
West Indies and India play again at Lauderhill, Florida, as India look to wrap up T20i series victory before their tour even gets to the Caribbean. The match takes place on August 4 and the live action begins at 10:30 local time.
West Indies need to bounce back after a below-par performance in their first game of this series – both sides’ first match in any format since the World Cup. Kieron Pollard scored a run-a-ball 49 last time out, but Nicholas Pooran (20) was the only other batsman to reach double figures in a time of 95/9.
India, on the other hand, saw Navdeep Saini claim 3-17 and bowl one of three maidens as they started their tour with a big win. They will want some improved batting this time out, however, and may start to look at other squad players with the World T20 in their thoughts.

WI vs IND Toss Prediction
India won the toss in the first match and were rewarded for their choice to field first. If Carlos Brathwaite is given the chance to bowl at India first up this time, he might well take it.
WI vs IND Weather Report
Once again, there are forecast to be thunderstorms with temperatures and humidity high throughout Sunday in Lauderhill.
WI vs IND Pitch Condition
Though they have tended to be excellent batting wickets, the last pitch – couple with the overhead conditions – was very much one for the bowlers. The same wicket will now be used for a second game in a row.

West Indies Team News & Playing 11
WI Team News
Andre Russell ruled himself out through injury, with Jason Mohammed replacing the star all-rounder. Russell attracted some controversy by then appearing in a Global T20 Canada match on the same day he withdrew. Mohammed did not play in the first match and neither did Khary Pierre, with Keemo Paul preferred.
WI Key Players
Nicholas Pooran: In good form for West Indies at the World Cup and then with Yorkshire in the T20 Blast. He started this series by being one of just two West Indies’ players to reach double figures last time out with 20 from 16 balls.
Kieron Pollard: Played as a batsman only last time out and proved the only West Indian to offer real resistance as his run-a-ball 49. He hit a half-century in his previous innings too, for the Toronto Nationals in the Global T20 Canada.
Sunil Narine: The spin-bowling all-rounder bats much further down the order at international level. He bowled well, however, taking 2-14 from his four overs, after bowling 14 dot balls and only being hit for one boundary.
WI Team Form
West Indies have now lost seven of their last nine T20 internationals. They were whitewashed 3-0 by England prior to this series and this was their fourth defeat in a row since beating Bangladesh 2-1. After posting just 95/9 from their 20 overs, they did well to extend the India chase as far as they did – eventually losing by four wickets with 2.4 overs remaining.
West Indies Predicted Playing 11
John Campbell, Evin Lewis, Sunil Narine, Shimron Hetmyer, Rovman Powell, Nicholas Pooran (wk), Carlos Brathwaite (c), Kieron Pollard, Sheldon Cottrell, Keemo Paul, Oshane Thomas

Navdeep Saini made his T20i debut last time out, while recalled Washington Sundar was also in the team. Deepak Chahar, the leading Indian wicket-taker at this year’s IPL, was not selected. Rahul Chahar, Shreyas Iyer and KL Rahul were the others not selected.
IND Key Players
Rohit Sharma: Top-scored last time out with two fours and two sixes in his innings of 24. It was not quite the same heights as his World Cup form, but there is no denying the big-hitting opener is in excellent batting form.
Virat Kohli: Scored a patient 19 last time out but West Indies know the Indian captain is capable of so much more. Like Sharma, he was also in excellent form during the World Cup.
Navdeep Saini: Bowled 19 dot balls on his way to 3-17 from four overs (including a maiden) on a hugely impressive T20i debut last time out.
IND Team Form
Victory in the first game of this series was their first in four matches in T20 internationals. They came into the series on the back of a 2-0 defeat in two games against Australia and a 2-1 series loss to New Zealand.
