Who Will Win West Indies vs Sri Lanka 3rd Test?
A few hours lost on Day 3 due to Sri Lanka's protest against the ball-tampering charges laid on their captain Dinesh Chandimal along with some bad weather resulted in the second test match to end in a draw. With West Indies leading 1-0 and with only one more game to go, the visitors will now have to win this pink ball encounter to prevent a series defeat. The third and final test gets underway from June 23 at the Kensington Oval in Barbados. Live telecast is scheduled to begin at 2 PM local time each day of the match.

Toss Prediction
Four of the last six tests (only those that have produced results) played at the Kensington Oval have been won by the side that has fielded first. And since the wicket at this venue tends to offer more assistance to the seamers early on, the team that wins the toss in this match will probably elect to bowl first.

West Indies Team News & Playing 11
Team News
West Indies played the same team in the first two tests and they are likely to go unchanged for the third one as well. The skipper seems happy to stick with the current bowling combination of four pace bowlers and one specialist spinner. The Windies have released an unwell wicketkeeper Shimron Hetmyer from the squad to give him some rest ahead of the upcoming practice match against Bangladesh later in the month. All-rounder Keemo Paul has been called up by the team as a replacement for Hetmyer.
Key Players
Shane Dowrich has scored the most runs for the West Indies in this series - 201 runs which includes a century and a fifty. The wicketkeeper seems to be in good form at the moment and one can expect a good performance from him in this match. Devon Smith and Kraigg Brathwaite cracked fifties in the first and second innings respectively and the hosts will want them to make valuable contributions this time as well. Pacemen Shannon Gabriel and Kemar Roach are the bowlers to watch out for. The former is leading the wickets charts with 17 wickets in the series and he also has 16 wickets in three tests at the Kensington Oval. Roach claimed a match haul of six wickets at St Lucia and he will be going into this game as a more confident bowler.
Recent Form
West Indies will consider themselves lucky after having escaped what seemed as a probable defeat in the St Lucia test. After a good batting display in the first innings, the hosts were left staggering in the second innings at 117-5 in their pursuit of 296 runs. So they will be disappointed with their previous batting performance. The Windies now have one win, two losses and as many draws in their last five test matches.
West Indies Predicted Playing 11
Kraigg Brathwaite, Devon Smith, Kieran Powell, Shai Hope, Roston Chase, Shane Dowrich (wk), Jason Holder (c), Devendra Bishoo, Kemar Roach, Miguel Cummins, Shannon Gabriel
Sri Lanka Team News & Playing 11
Team News
Sri Lankan captian Dinesh Chandimal has been handed a one-test suspension after being found guilty in the ball-tampering episode and will therefore miss the Barbados test. Rangana Herath seems likely to replace him and take over the captaincy. The visitors had replaced Angelo Mathews and injured Lahiru Gamage in the second test by all-rounder Dhananjaya de Silva and off-spinner Akila Dananjaya respectively. While these were forced changes, the team also made a couple of tactical changes by bringing in debutants Mahela Udawatte and Kasun Rajitha in place of Dilruwan Perera and Rangana Herath. Rajitha, after his impressive bowling performance in the last game, is likely to be retained by the selectors.
Key Players
With Dinesh Chandimal not around, Sri Lanka will be counting on the likes of Kusal Mendis, Roshen Silva and Niroshan Dickwella to deliver the goods with the bat. Mendis is currently the leading run-getter in the series with 238 runs and he will be the key man for his side at the top of the order. Dickwella and Silva batted well in the second innings of the second test and the duo will look to replicate that performance here. Lahiru Kumara has been outstanding for Sri Lanka on this tour. The fast bowler has taken 11 wickets in two matches and he will be the big threat for the West Indian batsmen. The hosts will also be watchful against Suranga Lakmal and Kasun Rajitha who picked up five wickets on his debut last time.
Recent Form
After suffering a massive 226-run loss in the first test, Sri Lanka put up a good fight at St Lucia and had the hosts pinned to the mat on the final day. While they will be taking plenty of confidence from that into the third test, they would be feeling disappointed at the same time after squandering the opportunity to win. Had they not wasted over two hours in protest on the third day, the result may have been in their favor. This was the third drawn game in the last five tests for the visitors.
Sri Lanka Predicted Playing 11
Kusal Perera, Mahela Udawatte, Dhananjaya de Silva, Kusal Mendis, Roshen Silva, Niroshan Dickwella (wk), Akila Dananjaya/Dilruwan Perera, Rangana Herath, Suranga Lakmal, Kasun Rajitha, Lahiru Kumara
