Sydney Sixers will be disappointed that they couldn't win their previous match against Hobart Hurricanes.
Chasing a target of 179, Sixers looked in command after a 116 run partnership between Jack Edward and James Vince for the second wicket. With 60 to get in 6 overs with 8 wickets in hand, Sixers should have won the game but couldn’t.
On paper, Sydney has a decent batting line up in Josh Phillippe, Jack Edward, Daniel Hughes, James Vince, Jordan Silk, Daniel Christian but they'll need to learn the art of getting the better of the opposition in crunch situations. You cannot win matches on back of a couple of performances. All these batsmen are pretty experienced and we're sure that they'll get better in the next match.
