He smashed a century in the last warm-up game against New Zealand and looks to be in good form at the moment. Asela Gunaratne had a good outing in the first practice match against Australia at this ground and there will be huge expectations from him as well. Nuwan Kulasekara and Lasith Malinga are among the leading ODI wicket-takers for Sri Lanka. Malinga showed signs of good form towards the end of the IPL and his experience will be crucial for the team in the slog overs.

Sri Lanka have struggled to win matches in one-day cricket over the last couple of years.
