PAK vs SA 2nd Test Prediction & Betting Tips
Pakistan will take on South Africa in the 2nd Test of the series. The match will be played at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium and is set to get underway at 10:00 PM local time.
South Africa of late have a miserable record in the subcontinent. They arrived in Pakistan after thrashing Sri Lanka on their home ground and it seemed that they may have a good chance to win this series against a flawed Pakistan team. They, however, were not up to the mark in the first match and lost the game by 7 wickets.
A lot of South Africa batsmen looked good in the match but they failed to convert their starts into big scores. As a result, South Africa were bundled out for a below par score in both innings. Players like Dean Elgar, Faf du Plessis, Aiden Markram, Van der Dussen, Quinton de Kock forms a strong batting line up but they’ve not been that consistent. Du Plessis and Elgar were decent against Sri Lanka but the form of other players will be a concern.
The pitch in Rawalpindi will have plenty of pace in the wicket and in Kagiso Rabada, Lungi Ngidi and Anrich Nortje, South Africa have three quality pacers to trouble the Pakistani's.
Pakistan will be very satisfied with their performance in the last match. Their batting once again faltered but the duo of Fawad Alam and Faheem Ashraf bailed them out of trouble and helped them post a decent total in the first inning.
Both these players have been in good form of late. Babar Azam failed in the first Test but he’s not very far from a big score. Azhar Ali also played a decent inning in the last match while Mohammed Rizwan was in fine form in New Zealand
Yasir Shah and Nauman Ali were the pick of the bowlers in the 1st Test and will once again trouble the South African batsmen. Also, Shaheen Afridi and Hasan Ali will enjoy bowling on this wicket. Haris Rauf might also get a game.
Overall, Pakistan look a more stable team and are our favourites for this game.

PAK vs SA Toss Prediction
Toss will be crucial here. The pitch will have some grass thus batting won't be easy on Day 1. Batting second is not a bad option.
Weather Report
The weather looks good for most part of the match.
Pitch Condition
The pitch is expected to assist the pacer. It'll have plenty of pace which will make batting slightly difficult. It will ease out as the match progresses.

Pakistan Team News & Playing 11
PAK Team News
Pakistan coach Misbah UL Haq hinted that they are ready to go in with an extra pacer if the conditions are favourable to fast bowling.
PAK Key Players
- Babar Azam - Babar Azam is one of the best batsmen going around in World Cricket. He hasn't played much Test cricket of late but he's in top form in the ODIs. We back him to carry on his form in red ball cricket as well.
- Fawad Alam - It has been a terrific comeback from Alam in Test cricket. He has two hundred to his name in the last three Tests. Pakistan will need him to continue his good run.
- Yasir Shah - Considering South Africa's issues with the spinners, Yasir Shah will be a major weapon for Pakistan.
PAK Team Form
Pakistan defeated South Africa in the first match but quite a few of their players looked out of touch. Earlier, they were thrashed 2-0 against New Zealand as well.
Pakistan Predicted Playing 11
Abid Ali, Imran Butt, Azhar Ali, Babar Azam (c), Fawad Alam, Mohammad Rizwan (wk), Faheem Ashraf, Yasir Shah, Hasan Ali/Haris Rauf, Nauman Ali, Shaheen Afridi
South Africa Team News & Playing 11
SA Team News
Even though South Africa lost the match, we don't see them making changes in their playing XI. For us, this is the best possible XI they can put up.
SA Key Players
- Dean Elgar - He's a batsmen that's has a very sound technique. Also he can play long innings, exactly what South Africa will need.
- Faf du Plessis - Faf du Plessis have been in top form of late. He scored plenty of runs against Sri Lanka at home and can be backed to come good in the next match.
- Kagiso Rabada - The extra pace in the wicket makes Kagiso Rabada a lethal weapon for South Africa. He's someone who can rip apart a batting lineup and Pakistan have few shaky batsmen in their team. He's expected to do well.
SA Team Form
South Africa were pretty poor in the last match. They've lost all their last 8 matches in the Subcontinent which is not a good stat.
South Africa Predicted Playing 11
Dean Elgar, Aiden Markram, Faf du Plessis, Rassie van der Dussen, Quinton de Kock (c & wk), Temba Bavuma, George Linde, Keshav Maharaj, Kagiso Rabada, Lungi Ngidi, Anrich Nortje

🏆 Pakistan vs South Africa Prediction
Considering the conditions we think South Africa have a better opportunity of winning this match. The extra pace in the pitch will make South Africa batsmen feel more confident. Similarly, Rabada and co. will get a lot of assistance from this pitch.
