Who will win Netherlands vs Thailand, Women T20 WC Qualifiers 2019?
The Netherlands face in-form Thailand in Group B as the ICC Women’s World Twenty20 Qualifier campaign gets underway in Scotland. The match, at Arbroath Cricket Club, takes place on August 31 and is scheduled to start at 10:00 local time.
Thailand could be one of the teams to watch in this tournament, having won five of their six games in the Quadrangular Series in the Netherlands – including two wins from two against the hosts – to prove they can compete with the top teams. They did suffer two defeats to Bangladesh, however, in their most recent matches.
Thailand are certainly favourites for this game, however, having beaten the Dutch twice in that Quadrangular Series, before the Dutch went on to lose to Bangladesh too. They beat Scotland to the title in the European qualifier, but they are outsiders for this tournament.

NEDW vs THAIW Toss Prediction
Both teams won the toss in their warm-up matches and elected to bat first in Arbroath, which could be an indicator as to their tactics this time. Thailand, given their good run of form, will be keen to claim the toss and get first crack at this pitch this time too.
NEDW vs THAIW Weather Report
Light but persistent rain is set to be a problem throughout the weekend in Arbroath. The tournament could be set for a frustrating start.
NEDW vs THAIW Pitch Condition
Early signs are that Arbroath CC will serve up a balanced wicket for these qualifiers. Rain over the weekend could slow the pitch and the outfield down a little.
