It was Virat Kohli's heroics that took India to 566 in the first test and the skipper will be the key batsman for them yet again. He scored a brilliant double hundred and is likely to score the most runs again in the second test. If Vijay, Dhawan and Pujara also chip in with decent contributions, India should be on course for 400.

West Indies could begin their bowling attack with Gabriel, Holder and Brathwaite. Gabriel, who removed two top-order Indian batsmen, will be their best bet to pick up wickets upfront. Devendra Bishoo and Kraigg Brathwaite shared six wickets between them and the leg-spin-off-spin combination will once again be expected to cause some damage to the Indian innings. India could struggle to reach 400 if West Indies get rid of their top four cheaply.

India clearly seem to have an upper hand as far as head-to-head records go. They have seven wins in the last ten tests with the remaining three ending in a draw. The hosts, however, boast a stronger record against the Indians at the Sabina Park with six wins from eleven tests. India have only two wins here which came in their previous two outings back in 2006 and 2011.

India have wins in their last two tests against the West Indies at this ground. Also, the massive defeat in the first test by an innings and 92 runs with one full day to spare will give the team an enormous confidence boost coming into this match. The last 15 tests here have all produced results and so the possibility of a draw looks bleak.

India will have to play really bad from here to lose this match and going by the current sluggish form of the West Indies in this format, we predict the visitors to win the second test and take a 2-0 lead in the series.
