India Team News & Playing 11
IND Team News
Hardik Pandya, Shardul Thakur and Axar Patel have all been ruled out of the remainder of the Asia Cup with injuries. Pandya sustained a lower back injury while bowling during the game against Pakistan and he had to be stretchered off the field. Patel too injured his finger in that game while Shardul had picked up a hip injury during India's first game against Hong Kong. Deepak Chahar has been added to the squad as Pandya's replacement while Siddarth Kaul and Ravindra Jadeja have been named respective replacements for Shardul and Patel. The Indian team management is more likely to draft Jadeja into the playing eleven.
IND Key Players
Shikhar Dhawan has been in good form for a while now. The left-handed batsman cracked a ton against Hong Kong and then followed that up with a decent 46 against Pakistan. His opening partner and skipper Rohit Sharma too made a valuable contribution of 52 and both these batsmen will once again hold the key to India's batting. Ambati Rayudu has hit 91 runs in two matches while Dinesh Karthik has also looked promising in his respective knocks of 33 and 31. Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Kedar Jadhav were the star performers with the ball against Pakistan. Both snared three wickets apiece and the team will want these two to continue to bowl well. Jasprit Bumrah too finished with impressive figures of 2-23 from 7.1 overs he could hurt Bangladesh with the new ball in the powerplay. Kuldeep Yadav and Yuzvendra Chahal are two other bowlers in the side who can demolish the opposition on their day.
IND Recent Form
India have made a good start to their Asia Cup campaign with wins in their first two fixtures and have topped the Group A points table with four points. After surviving a scare against Hong Kong in their opening encounter, they broke little sweat in routing Pakistan in their last match. India came up with a much better performance last time than what they had put up against Hong Kong and they looked solid in both batting and bowling departments.
India Predicted Playing 11
Rohit Sharma (c), Shikhar Dhawan, Ambati Rayudu, Dinesh Karthik, MS Dhoni (wk), Ravindra Jadeja, Kedar Jadhav, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Kuldeep Yadav, Jasprit Bumrah, Yuzvendra Chahal

BAN Team News
Shakib Al Hasan and Mushfiqur Rahim, despite not being 100% fit, are expected to take the field against India. Bangladesh have already lost their opening batsman Tamim Iqbal for the remainder of the tournament due to a wrist injury. Mominul Haque is likely to pair up with Liton Das at the opening position.
BAN Key Players
Bangladesh will bank on Mushfiqur Rahim and Shakib Al Hasan to make strong contributions with the bat at the top of the order while the middle order will rely heavily on Mohammad Mithun and Mahmudullah. Mushfiqur smashed a century while Mithun struck a fifty in the tournament opener against Sri Lanka. Shakib will be the one to watch out for both with the bat and with the ball in hand. He could frustrate the Indian bowlers if he is allowed to get set and could cause problems for the batsmen with his left-arm spin on this surface. Mashrafe Mortaza and Mustafizur Rahman are the main threats in Bangladesh's pace attack. These two have been amongst their most successful bowlers in ODIs and it will be mainly up to them to provide the early breakthroughs during the mandatory powerplay.
BAN Recent Form
Bangladesh came into the Asia Cup on the back of a 2-1 ODI series victory over the West Indies. They got themselves to an ideal start in the tournament, thrashing Sri Lanka by 137 runs in the opening match. After putting up a decent total of 261 on the scoreboard, the Bangladeshi bowlers got all over the Sri Lankan batsmen like a rash and skittled them out for just 124 inside 36 overs.
Bangladesh Predicted Playing 11
Mominul Haque, Liton Das (wk), Shakib Al Hasan, Mushfiqur Rahim, Mohammad Mithun, Mahmudullah, Mosaddek Hossain, Mehidy Hasan, Mashrafe Mortaza (c), Rubel Hossain, Mustafizur Rahman
