Who will win India vs Australia, U19 World Cup 2020?
Defending champions, and winners of Group A, India face Group B runners-up Australia in the first Super League quarter-final of this year’s Under-19 Cricket World Cup. The match will take place at the JB Marks Oval, Potchefstroom, on January 28 and is scheduled to start at 10:00 local time.
India have made a fine start to their title defence, after dominant wins against Sri Lanka, Japan and New Zealand in the group stage. Ravi Bishnoi took ten wickets in three matches, while opening batsman Yashasvi Jaiswal already has two half-centuries to his name to help lead the way.
Australia, meanwhile, lost their opening match to West Indies but bounced back to beat Nigeria, as expected, and then book their quarter-final place with a last-ball win against England in their final group game. Jake Fraser-McGurk and Mackenzie Harvey are among their leading players but they start this game as outsiders.
