In reply, openers Miles Hammond and James Bracey got Gloucestershire off to a bright start but neither were able to kick on and make a big score. Glamorgan are next to bottom of the South Group, one point above Kent Spitfires who prop up the table. The South Wales county have struggled in the campaign and to date have recorded only two wins from eight games. They have not won any of their last four T20 Blast games with defeats against Somerset, Gloucestershire and Hampshire Hawks alongside a no-result at home to Surrey. They lost to Hampshire Hawks last Friday in spite of 2-18 from Andrew Salter and Michael Hogan picking up his 15th wicket of the campaign.
