Toss Prediction
22 out of the 39 one-day internationals played at the Trent Bridge (excluding the one abandoned and two tied games) have been won by the team fielding first. And also since five of the last seven matches here have been won by the chasing side and with the wicket expected to remain good for batting throughout the game, the toss-winning skipper is more likely to bowl first.

England Team News & Playing 11
Team News
Jos Buttler led England for the first time in an ODI on British soil in the second game as Eoin Morgan was ruled out on the match day with a back spasm. Batsman Sam Billings was brought in as his replacement. While the extent of Morgan's injury is unknown at this time, he is certain to be drafted back in place of Billings if he gets fit in time for this game. But if he does not, then Buttler will continue as stand-in skipper. With England on a winning run, the selectors are unlikely to make further changes in the side.
Key Players
Eoin Morgan is the second-highest run-getter in ODIs at the Trent Bridge and England will be hoping that he is able to get fit in time for this game. Jason Roy played a match-winning knock of 120 at Cardiff while Jonny Bairstow and Jos Buttler extended their impressive form with scores of 42 and 91* respectively. Buttler has scored in 90s in each of his previous two ODI innings at this ground and he looks set for another big one here. When it comes to bowling, the hosts will back their trio of Liam Plunkett, Adil Rashid and Moeen Ali to do the job for them. These three bowlers have collectively claimed 17 wickets so far in this series. Plunkett alone has taken seven of those and he also has six wickets in four matches at this venue, making him the most threatening of the pack.
Recent Form
England have now won three of their last four one-day internationals and nine out of the thirteen they have played so far this year. The world no. 1 ODI team have been impressive in both the batting and bowling departments in the ongoing series. While their bowlers helped them to win the first game by restricting Australia to just 214, their batsmen amassed 342 runs in the second to bat the opposition out of the game.
England Predicted Playing 11
Jason Roy, Jonny Bairstow, Alex Hales, Joe Root, Jos Buttler (wk), Eoin Morgan (c)/Sam Billings, Moeen Ali, David Willey, Liam Plunkett, Adil Rashid, Mark Wood
Australia Team News & Playing 11
Team News
Australia made a couple of changes in their side for the last game. While newcomer Michael Neser was replaced by D'Arcy Short to strengthen the top-order batting, the inclusion of Jhye Richardson in place of Billy Stanlake was a forced change as the latter was ruled out with a toe injury. Richardson is more likely to make way for Stanlake should he recovers fully ahead of the third ODI. The team will probably retain Short as he also provides a bowling option.
Key Players
Shaun Marsh is looking the most dependable batsman for Australia at the top of the order. The left hander's sparking 116-ball 131 went in vain last time and he will be expected to come up with another solid performance in this crunch contest. While Marsh is the key figure in this batting lineup, the Aussies will also have their hopes pinned on skipper Tim Paine who has a century from two ODIs at this ground. Glenn Maxwell has hit 62 and 31 in the respective games and he is Australia's main man in the middle order. With Billy Stanlake doubtful for this clash, the visitors will rely mainly on Andrew Tye, Kane Richardson and Ashton Agar to apply pressure on the England batsmen. Tye has been the most impressive among the seamers with a couple of wickets in each game. Agar has not taken a wicket yet but the left-arm spinner has economical figures to his name.
Recent Form
Back-to-back defeats against England in this series has caused Australia to slump to their lowest ODI rankings in 34 years. They now find themselves one place below Pakistan at the sixth spot in the ICC ODI team rankings. The Aussies have played seven one-day internationals this year (all against England) and have been able to win just one of those. Their bowlers under fired at Cardiff and could not stop the hosts from running away with the game.
Australia Predicted Playing 11
Travis Head, D'Arcy Short, Shaun Marsh, Marcus Stoinis, Aaron Finch, Glenn Maxwell, Ashton Agar, Tim Paine (c/wk), Andrew Tye, Jhye Richardson/Billy Stanlake, Kane Richardson
