Cape Town Blitz are favorites to win
Durban Heat will be desperate to get out onto the pitch after seeing the rain ruin their first two MSL 2.0 matches at Kingsmead so far this season. The third game is scheduled to take place against Cape Town Blitz on November 16, and start at 10:00 local time. There is a break in the forecast at that time.
Cape Town Blitz will be keen to play too, and continue their strong start to the competition. They have twice beaten Jozi Stars, either side of a poor batting display to Paarl Rocks, with Liam Livingstone their top batsman last time out.
Livingstone could come against Lancashire team-mate Dane Vilas at Kingsmead on Sunday. The Durban Heat captain lifted this trophy with Jozi Stars last season and will be keen for more success against the Blitz this year.

Cape Town Blitz have lost the toss in all three games so far, but may elect to bowl first this time out if they finally win one.
The early scheduling of this fixture could help Durban Heat beat the weather. Showers are forecast later in the day, but at the moment the morning is set to be dry with just a few clouds offering a sign of what is to come. Temperatures will be in the 20s.
Kingsmead is a bowling wicket, with both the pitch and the general conditions favouring the seamers.

Durban Heat’s intentions have still not revealed themselves as both matches so far have been rained off before a toss – and team announcement – was possible.

Ravi Bopara: A key all-rounder and one who happens to be in fine form in T20 cricket. He starred in Essex Eagles’ T20 Blast success during the English summer.
Kyle Abbott: In fine bowling form, having taken 17 wickets in one of his most recent first-class games and been in strong form Hampshire.
Durban Heat have been left clicking their heels and watching the forecast after their first two matches, against Tshwane Spartans and Paarl Rocks, were ruined by the rain.

Moeen Ali’s brief MSL 2019 stint is over as he has travelled over to Abu Dhabi for the T10 League. He was replaced by Marques Ackerman last time out, while Asif Ali came into the team in place of Mohammad Nawaz at the conclusion of the T20i leg of Pakistan’s tour of Australia. Wahab Riaz also came straight into the team at the conclusion of his Pakistani duties, replacing Vernon Philander, and Gregory Mahlokwana was the final one of four changes as he stepped in for Aviwe Mgijima. After getting back to winning ways, the much-changed 11 could now be retained.
Liam Livingstone: The big-hitting Englishman was back to his best last time out, top-scoring with 65 from 41 balls, including five sixes. If he ticks, he will be a key batsman up the order.

They needed a response, but Liam Livingstone hit 65 and Sisanda Magala took three wickets to ensure they got it. The Blitz scored 183/6 against Jozi Stars and then bowled the defending champions out for 126.
