BRH vs ADS T20 Prediction & Betting Tips, BBL 2020
With their eyes set on their first win of the season, Brisbane Heat will host Adelaide Strikers on a lively Gabba wicket. It’ll be the 13th game of the Big Bash League and will bet underway at 6:15 local time.
It’s not been a pleasing ride for Brisbane Heat who’ve started their campaign with two back to back losses and a win over a strong Adelaide Strikers, won’t be easy either.
Brisbane Heat had their moments in the previous game but their inability to hold on to the match at crucial situations cost them the invaluable two points. It’s still early days in the tournament and a win against the Strikers will get their campaign back on track.
Heat lost their previous match to Sydney Thunders but there were plenty of positives that they can look up to. The way Chris Lynn batted was on of the highlight of the match. Lynn likes to bat at Gabba and the Heat fans can expect some fireworks from the destructive batsman. The form of Jack Wildermuth is another great sign as he’s been exceptional with his all round abilities.
However, Max Bryant and Sam Heazlett have been far too inconsistent. They’re getting the starts but are not converting them to big scores. This is something they’d like to work on. Similarly, Daniel Lawrence and Tom Cooper makes their middle order look a little vulnerable.
In the bowling department, Ben Laughlin was thrashed in the last match and he’d be eager to bounce back in style. Mujeeb Ur Rahman, Jack Wildermuth, Matthew Kuhnemann and Mark Steketee form a decent bowling line up.
Adelaide Strikers, on the other hand, themselves will not be happy with their performance. With 2 losses in 3 games, Strikers need to find their feet as soon as possible. No doubt that they have a quality batting line up but the players have not lived up to their expectations. There have been few good knocks from Jake Weatherland and Alex Carey but they’ve lacked consistency.
Against Brisbane Heat, Adelaide Strikers need a complete team effort. Daniel Worrall, Peter Siddle, Rashid Khan, Wes Agar, all are quality bowlers and will test the Heat’s batting line up.
Overall, both teams have been pretty disappointing in the tournament but Strikers have a very strong team and won’t be easy to get past.

BRH vs ADS Toss Prediction
Toss will be crucial here. This is the first game of the season on this ground so the captains might want to bowl first to have a look at the pitch.
Weather Report
The weather looks fine wit scattered cloud cover. The temperature will also be pleasing in the mid 20’s
Pitch Condition
The match will be played at the Gabba, Brisbane. Gabba offers one of the fastest pitches in Australia. The ball comes on nicely on to the bat but the bowlers will enjoy bowling here. Larger boundaries will bring spinners into the play as well. This will be the first game of the tournament on this ground so the wicket will have a little more life in it.

BRH Team News
Brisbane Heat are not having a joyful time in the tournament. There are news of pacer Connor Sully and all rounder James Bazley making their BBL debut against Adelaide Strikers. It looks a good move as Brisbane Heat are struggling with their third and fourth bowler.
BRH Key Players
- Chris Lynn - Chris Lynn was at his destructive best in the last game and smashed a scintillating 69 off 44 balls. He has a good record at the Gabba and will be Heat’s main asset with the bat.
- Jack Wildermuth - Jack Wildermuth have been phenomenal for Heat. With the bat, or the ball, he’s been exceptional. He’s expected to carry on his good run.
- Mujeeb ur Rahman - He’s a quality spinner and is very hard to get away. He’s been decent in the tournament but hasn’t picked up much wicket. Maybe Gabba, with it’s extra bounce can help him pick up more wickets

The Adelaide Strikers will be without the services of their skipper Alex Carey, and Harry Conway who won’t be available due to border restriction. Harry Nielsen will don the gloves in the absence of Carey, while Peter Siddle will lead the Adelaide Strikers against Brisbane Heat.
ADS Key Players
- Jake Weatherald - Jake Weatherand already has big score to his name in the tournament. He’s looked decent and will aim for another big knock against Brisbane Heat
- Philip Salt - Philip Salt can be destructive at the top. Even though he hasn’t performed well in the past matches, he seems to be getting his mojo back. We expect that a big inning is just around the corner
- Rashid Khan - Rashid Khan will be the trump card for Adelaide Strikers, who’ll need a big performance from their ace bowler.
ADS Team Form

🏆 Brisbane Heat vs Adelaide Strikers Prediction
Both teams have been very disappointing in the tournament but when look at Adelaide Strikers on paper, they’re laced with plenty of match winners. They have a far more stable batting line up than Brisbane Heat who’re too much dependent on Chris Lynn. We expect Adelaide Strikers to emerge victorious
