Who will win Brisbane Heat vs Melbourne Renegades Semi Final, WBBL 2019?
Defending champions Brisbane Heat are one win away from reaching the final of the Women’s Big Bash League once again, having topped the table. They take on fourth-placed Melbourne Renegades at Allan Border Field in the second semi-final – the match takes place on December 7 and the live action starts at 13:50 local time.
The Heat, thanks to Beth Mooney’s fine batting form, were one of the top teams throughout the league phase and it was the Australia wicket-keeper’s eighth half-century that sealed top spot with victory in their last game.
Melbourne Renegades, on the other hand, had Jess Duffin to thank for their success in the final league game – she moved to 500 runs with another half-century – but they will be without star all-rounder Danni Wyatt for the semi-final (and final) due to international commitments.
