Sunrisers Hyderabad and Lucknow Super Giants will cross swords in match 12 of the Indian Premier League. LSG come into the match after a win over Chennai Super Kings. They were down and out after CSK posted a daunting 210. However, a magnificent batting display saw Lucknow chase the target with eight wickets to spare. Meanwhile, SRH took a beating against Rajasthan. They were completely outplayed and lost the match by 61 runs. After conceding 210 runs, the team could only reach 149 against RR.
Sunrisers Hyderabad need to fix their batting which looks weak. However, we don't think they will be keen to change their combination after just one loss.
Abhishek Verma, Rahul Tripathi and Kane Williamson will be the top three batters. SRH can also try Aiden Markram at the top as he is a specialist opener. They can push either Verma or Tripathi down the order.
The middle-order will comprise Nicolas Pooran, Aiden Markram and Abdul Samad. Markram and Pooran are established batters, while Samad has shown glimpses of a very bright future.
Washinton Sundar and Romario Shepherd will be the two all-rounders. Sundar played a blistering knock of 40 in 14 balls in the last game and can add a few handy runs down the order. However, SRH will need him to step up with the ball. Romario Shepherd too will need to deliver some magic with the ball.
Bhuvneshwar Kumar, T Natarajan and Umran Malik will be the bowlers. Malik can crank up high speed and pick wickets. However, he can be expensive. T Natarajan and Kumar need to control the run flow. Bhuvi especially will aim for a few wickets with the new ball.

LSG picked up a big win over CSK, having chased 210. They won't be keen on making any changes as they look a good side.
KL Rahul, Quinton de Kock and Evin Lewis form a formidable top order. Each player possesses the ability to win matches on his own.
Deepak Hooda, Manish Pandey and Ayush Badoni make this middle order looks laced with quality. Hooda and Badoni have been very impressive in the two games. Pandey is yet to deliver but he is a quality player.
Krunal Pandya will be the all-rounder and will be responsible for a few quick runs and some tight overs.
In Dushmantha Chameera, Andrew Tye, Ravi Bishnoi and Avesh Khan, LSG have a potent bowling lineup. Chameera has been excellent in both games, and so is has Ravi Bishnoi. Avesh Khan and Andrew Tye add a lot of variety to the bowling. The former can crank up high speeds while Tye has plenty of variations up his sleeves.
