The road safety series is back and fans will once again get to witness the legendary former cricketers back in action. India legends will take on South Africa legends in the first game. India legends are the defending champions as they won the last season after beating Sri Lanka legends. India legends have big names like Sachin Tendulkar, Yuvraj Singh, Suresh Raina, Harbhajan Singh, and Naman Ojha among others.
Meanwhile, South Africa legends lost to Sri Lanka legends in the semi-final last year. They have players like Jonty Rhodes, Alviro Petersen, Jack Rudoph, Lance Klusener, Johan Botha, and Vernon Philander among others. India Legends will start the match as big favourites.
The wicket in Kanpur is generally a very good one to bat. There is not much help for the bowlers from the surface. Also, the short boundarhelpelps to the batters’ advantage.
The weather will be clear and the temperature will range between 25 degrees. There is a minor 7 per cent chance of rain but it’s very unlikely to rain in Kanpur at this time of the year.

The master will be back on the field and will be keen to treat the fans will another batting masterclass. Tendulkar has been practising hard for this tournament and we expect him to do well in the tournament.
Among all, Raina is a player who was an active cricketer till 2020. He is still a very good player and given his fitness level, he is likely to come good in the coming game.
Naman Ojha played for India Maharajas recently in the Legends League Cricket and did reasonably well. He was an active cricketer till last year and still plays a few domestic tournaments. He is another batter who is likely to come good.
Yusuf Pathan played in the Legends League Cricket earlier this year in Oman and played some smashing innings for India Maharajas. Something similar is expected of him in the Road Safety Series as well.
Harbhajan Singh will be back in action for the first time in a while. Given the lack of quality in South Africa batters and their history against the spinners, Harbhajan is likely to have a good game.
