Venue | Providence Stadium, Guyana |
Barbados Royals have been sensational in the tournament so far, winning seven of the eight games they have played. It has been a complete team show by the Royals who have been exceptional with bat and ball. Their five-match winning streak was halted by Jamaica Tallahwahs but they bounced back to winning ways after defeating Guyana Amazon Warriors by 29 runs in the last game.
Meanwhile, St. Kitts and Nevis Patriots have just won two of the eight games and face a must-win situation to stay alive in the competition. They suffered a crushing 49 runs loss against St. Lucia Kings in the last game.
This will be the first game of the tournament in Guyana. The surface should be fresh and good for cricket, allowing an even contest between the bat and ball.
There is a 60 per cent chance of rain on the match day. The humidity ill be around 76 per cent while the temperature will range between 25 to 31 degrees.

Barbados Royals are likely to play the same team as they are a well-settled unit and even though the Patriots lost the last game, we don’t think they will be keen on making too many changes in this must-win game.
Patriots have fared better against Barbados Royals in the history of the tournament.

Kyle Myers has been sensational for Barbados this season both with the bat and ball. He is the second-highest run scorer of the tournament with 295 runs in eight games, in addition to his five wickets with the ball.
Andre Fletcher has blown hot and cold in the tournament but he is one of the few Patriots batters who has looked in some form. We can have him in the team and hope that he comes good against a strong Royals' bowling.
Holder is one of the most valuable players in the Barbados team. While his primary role with the team is as a bowler, when required he can get some valuable runs for the team as well. In the last game against Guyana, he scored 40 crucial runs and also took a wicket.
Mujeeb Ur Rahman is another key player for Barbados. The spinner gave away just four runs in his four overs against Guyana and picked up a wicket to help his team defend a low score.
Rashid Khan will have to play a big role if the Patriots have to go past Barbados in the next game. The champion bowler has been tidy so far but the team needs more wickets from him.
