Barisal Bulls vs Dhaka Dynamites Prediction

There will be high hopes pinned on the opening pair of Mehedi Maruf and Kumar Sangakkara. While the former smashed a 45-ball 75 against the Bulls in the reverse fixture, the latter will be coming off a splendid 66 against Rajshahi Kings. Both are looking in good form and we predict Maruf to play a big knock for the Dynamites.

Mohammad Shahid will be their trump card with the ball. The seamer has taken 14 wickets already in the season and is currently the second-highest wicket-taker. He notched up three wickets against the Bulls and we expect him to be the most threatening of all the bowlers. Dwayne Bravo and Shakib Al Hasan are two other bowlers in the side who could turn things around on their own.

Bulls vs Dynamites Prediction

The two teams have played four games against each other in the past. The first three were all won by the Barisal Bulls in the previous season while the most recent one this year was won by the Dhaka Dynamites. So as far as head-to-head records go, the Bulls should be the ones with the psychological advantage. However, the Dynamites are not only looking more well-balanced as a unit this year but they are also performing slightly better with majority of their big players in form. They will also have the benefit of playing at their home ground where they have three wins from four games this season.

Though Barisal Bulls are by no means a weaker team and it won't be fair to write them off completely, we feel Dhaka Dynamites are better placed to win this contest.
